Hollow Nerve Cord – Nerve cord in which nerves branch out at regular intervals
Notochord – Long supporting rod that runs throughout body
Pharyngeal Pouches – Paired structures in throat
Muscular Tail – Extends beyond anus
Only 4-5% of animals are chordates
Examples = Fish, Amphibians, Reptiles, Birds

This course is about the Indian Polity. Topics covered under this course will be:
1. Features of the Indian constitution.
2. preamble of the Indian constitution.
3. fundamental rights.
4. fundamental duties.

This subject is designed to foster the development of foundational mathematical & statistical skills that are necessary for day-to-day business analysis. The objectives of this subject are to (a) provide a basic knowledge of the application of mathematics and statistics to business disciplines; (b) develop the ability to analyze and interpret data to provide meaningful information to assist in making management decisions; and (c) develop an ability to apply modern quantitative tools (Microsoft Excel) to data analysis in a business context. Major topics of the course are Basic concept of Mathematics, Simple and Compound interest, Matrices & determinant, Managerial application of Business Maths and permutation and combination in Mathematical part. In Statistics Introduction of statistics: applications of statistics in managerial decision-making; Classification of data; Tabulation of Data; Measures of Central tendency, Measure of dispersion.
